GH ACADEMY
An extension of the Genuine Hustle conference series
GH Academy is an extension of the Genuine Hustle conference series, which was established in 2015 as a way for agents to come together and learn from the best active Real Estate professionals in North America. What started as a day-long workshop serving agents in the Denver area quickly grew to a "traveling" network of Genuine Hustle fans, many of whom have attended multiple GH events.
Mastermind groups, referral networks, support tribes and most importantly friendships have been formed by the Genuine Hustle culture...and as we all learn to navigate an ever-evolving new world and working landscape, these have become more important than ever.
Of course, we are all hoping to get together soon...hopefully in Atlanta in October. But, with so many unknowns, the team behind Genuine Hustle is excited to announce the upcoming launch of GH Academy. An organized yet casual place to learn, share and grow together, we fully expect that this concept will evolve over time into whatever the GH community needs it to be, and we can't wait for you to be part of it.
All GH Alumni and Atlanta ticket-holders are automatically on the Honor Roll, so stay tuned for class schedules, recess events, summer camp extras and more!
Interested in being a GH Professor? Let us know. And get ready to save the date for our GH Orientation + Keynote, and more TBA soon…

Anti-Racism for Real Estate Q&A
Tori Williams Douglass
Marguerite Martin
Recorded on June 25, 2020
“If you’ve learned or felt challenged by my advocacy about the nexus of real estate and justice in America, I’d like to challenge you to take the next step. I first encountered Tori’s writing in a piece where she was working through the cognitive dissonance of white American evangelicals on issues of police and state violence against Black people. I have a reputation for being blunt to audiences, she’s the Michael Jordan of the art. I don’t always agree with Tori, but she always leaves me thinking about my choices and my advocacy. Engaging with Tori has made me a better advocate.”
- Nate Bowling, GH Tacoma Keynote Speaker, Washington State Teacher of the Year 2016
Live Event Series
This is where it all started
Atlanta *
February 2021
This year, GH heads to Atlanta for some southern hospitality. A theme of “open mind, open heart” means that once again, we’ll get real talk and real actionable steps from the GH community. Hosted by Jennifer Kjellgren, we forward to seeing you in the ATL if it turns out that we can safely gather.
Boise
October 2019
Storytelling was the theme for the Boise event, hosted by Andrea Pettit. Local flavor and attendees were joined by hustlers from all over North America. An evening of open-mic style storytelling, a full day of truthy content, and in-depth workshops provided attendees with business changing takeaways.
Denver
February 2019
Bringing GH back to where it started, Stacie Staub, Marguerite Martin, Madie Linder & Greg Fischer drew the largest GH crowd to date. Tucked in a snowy setting near Red Rocks, this GH was packed with value. As always, all content was provided by attendees who are hustling IRL
Raleigh
April 2017
In Raleigh, the theme was “anything is possible.” Hosted by Zach Schabot & Alyssa Hellman, this event was full of local flavor (BBQ!) and signature GH tangible takeaways. Attendees contributed to a book that was written and printed the same day, and a rousing mastermind took place the day after.
Tacoma
November 2016
With a theme of “a gathering of Community Minded Agents”, Tacoma’s GH fell on the day after the election, which shaped much of the conversation. Hosted by Anne Jones & Marguerite Martin, this PNW GH was full of truths, activism, and real talk. The mastermind was a killer barcamp style convo.
Denver
April 2015
The OG Genuine Hustle was the creation of Stacie Staub. It brought together attendees from not only Denver, but all over the US and Canada. It was a full day of learning facilitated by agents who are doing the real work, followed by a day of masterminds in small groups – and a tradition was born.
