Stacie is a homegrown expert, having lived across Colorado from Aspen to Boulder to Congress Park. You get where this is headed. Denver is constantly changing and evolving in such an interesting and innovative way, and Stacie hopes that she is, too!
With a Master’s Degree in Marketing as well as an MBA, Stacie spent several years working her way through various industries – but it always came back to entrepreneurs. From a stint writing business plans to some time developing advertising strategies, a natural attraction to start-ups kept drawing her into new adventures (and to her husband, Ori, who owns a website development firm).
Buying her first home made her realize that every Real Estate transaction is like a little start-up: you buy it with the hopes of making it your own, and in the end making it attractive enough to sell for a profit. Buy low, sell high, stick with the strategy, and take a chance. It’s what makes a house a home, and what makes a start-up a success!
Four kids (Rylie, Hudson, Elliot and Lev), several homes, and hundreds of closings later, Stacie still enjoys the thrill of it all! Whether helping someone find the first step on their property ladder, scouting a great deal for an investor’s growing portfolio, or staging a house so it sells at the Open House (it still happens every once in a while!), you will feel Stacie’s enthusiasm every step of the way.
We’re so excited to hear from Stacie at Genuine Hustle! See what Staci is most looking forward to… and what we can expect to learn from her:
Q: What about Genuine Hustle are you most looking forward to?
Stacie: The first Genuine Hustle, which was in Denver, was such an amazing day of connecting and learning, and I just can’t wait to share that same experience with the attendees in Tacoma.
Q: What will you be speaking about at Genuine Hustle?
Stacie: The theme of Genuine Hustle Tacoma is “A Gathering of Community-Minded Agents” and every speaker is working hard to bring something new and implementable during their talks. Mine is going to focus on the importance of connecting with your community through events, and how folks can engage their clients leading up to, during, and after each event to build their brand influence, widen their sphere, and most importantly, create memorable events and traditions that area easily replicated year after year.
Q: Why are you excited to come to Tacoma?
Stacie: I LOVE TACOMA! It’s one of my favorite cities, not just because of the amazing people I know who live there, but there is also just something so special about the overall vibe! (Plus it’s SO green and beautiful, and WATER! This Colorado girl loves all of that!)
